Infinity Insurance Company Wrongfully refusing to issue payment on insurance claim after they conceded liability and issued an estimate Birmingham, Alabama Nationwide

I was involved in a car accident on October 1, 2015 where I was hit by a driver insured by Infinity Car Insurance. This driver subsequently hit a second car. However, I was first hit by this driver and first reported the insurance claim. A representative from Inifinity issued an repair estimate for my car in the amount of $2,478.32 and conceded liablity. In spite of all this, they have yet to issue payment and I have been unable to repair my car or even rent a car, as Infinity has also failed to approve any car rental fees. At the time of the accident, I was 9 months pregnant and sunsequently delivered my baby nearly 2 weeks early due to complications.
