Infinity Insurance Company liars,deceptive trade practices,change figures and facts over and over again,need everything in writing from them Birmingham, Alabama

This is one of the most deceptive and corrupt companies I have ever had to deal with. They tell you one thing and then change their story over and over again just trying to get you to settle your claim, but when you check the facts and do the figures nothing they ever promise lines up with real facts or real evidence. They totalled my 2006 Saturn vue and then said the accident was not my fault. They then come back and say the accident was my fault. First of all they are one of the most expensive insurance companies on the market, second of all they have the worst customer service, adjusters, and appraisers a company could have. It is a miracle this comapny even exsist with the lack of professionalism and integrity that it has. Gary Palm the adjuster is a complete liar. If you ever have to deal with this man ask that you be allowed to record him or ask him to give you everything in writing. This man has no concept of truth or integrity nor does the company Infinity Insurance. This company also has a racket on thier body shops. They tell you if you use your own body shop it is a five hundred dollar deductable and twenty percent of the damages but if you use one of their rsvp body shops then you do not have to pay the extra twenty percent. I have every intention of filing a complaing with the Texas department of Insurance. This company has given me differant figures for what it says it will pay to the finance company that holds the title to the Saturn so Im having to wait until I see in writing what they will do before I sign anything. This company is really deceptive and being in a state like Texas where insurance lobbies pretty much run the state it is difficult to get treated fairly or insured fairly in the state of Texas period but Infinity is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and I and my family have been in the car business for over 40 years so I could say that we know a little bit about crooked insurance companies and finance companies because we have dealt with some real scum, but infinity insurance tops the scum cake for sure.
