this is probably a waste of time due to 1400 + complaints just on this site and have not even went to the others but do not Get duped by this company .... They are a 3 rd party company that even after asked several times will say they are dish network however these companies I.e. infinity 561-665-4310 will tell you whatever to get the sale and it is not until you have told your previous company to pound sand that you realized what you thought was too good to believe was too good to believe and when they lower they lower their price to earn your business they fail to tell you that you are giving up services to get to the price they quoted you and heaven forbid you’re out of town when it is to be installed because even after being told that they are not authorized to do so this infinity company will keep pursuing until somebody lets them in and then you find out that even though they have lied about you having high def. and Chanel packages. a guy named Jesus robles 303-942-8605 will tell you that you are in a contract ( which is the other b/s infinity will tell you is there is no contract) and it will take 7-10 days to get the phone recording from infinity and you will be charged early termination fees and all though everybody will say they are sorry you have been lied to. besides making false appointments to fix the problem which nobody will have any record of the next day ,they won't correct the fact this third party company Infinity lied to you about !!! oh and trying to get who they really are (because they pretend to be dish network not a 3 rd party company )and get a address to report them to bbb they will keep transferring you around hoping you will give up and just go away. kawana ext 759 and nick unknown extension have obviously been trained well to give you the run around it wasn’t until I got a hold of somebody honest that amazingly I got the address. apparently nobody else there knows where they go to work every day they must just appear there. The bottom line do not believe anything they say especially if they start discounting prices ....
