Infomatika Publications Directory Scam Champlain New York

My company has had the same experience as other consumers whose reports I have read on this website. For almost two years, Infomatika has been attempting to get us to pay $349.95 for a "Complimentary" directory that we never ordered.

We have had numerous communications with them stating that we would not pay for an unsolicited order; they sent us the directory anyway and we returned it to them. They continue to harrass us with phone calls and faxes of phone call transcripts that are very suspect and obviously edited.

I have had to waste so much time dealing with this company whose business practices are so underhanded that the only way they can survive is by extortion and wearing down their "customers".

Frankly, I'm surprised they have been allowed to continue doing business. As far as I can tell, they have been operating under this name for at least two years.
