ING Auto Insurance - BEWARE! Stay Away! Ripoff! Quoted me $1200 and underhandedly debited my account for over $1600. Calgary Alberta

I was quoted just over $1200 for automotive insurance and so I went with ING. However, when I actually received my policy statement (which was weeks after they had debited my account) the premiums were stated at over $1600!!! Also, I was informed that monthly payments were interest-free, so I figured why not. That was also a lie! They charged 3% up front for monthly payments. Again, this is not was I was informed!

I have quickly cancelled the policy and hope that the penalties are low, which is likely wishful thinking. Anyway, I have insurance elsewhere for under $1200 with interest-free monthly payments!! Stay away from ING when it comes to ANYTHING!!! It is a fraudulent, underhanded, dishonest operation, which likely will not be around for long (considering what I have been uncovering about them)... and to think that I was almost considering opening a bank account with these crooks! Wow, a cheap lesson learned all considering.
