ING Auto Insurance Wants to be rip off with auto insurance go ING Insurance Calgary Alberta

I was insured with another insurance company & when i visited www.kanetix.com for an auto quote they showed me ING insurance is the cheapest of them all which would save me a bit of money from my present insurance so cancelled my current insurance & transfer to ING insurance for $1314 on Sept.26/03 then on Oct. 20/03 when checking over my bank account activity it appears they took out $471.91 from my bank account for two months advance payment which is costing me $2831.46 a year an increase of $1517.46 in premium so when I checked with them to clarify why they took much money from my account they told me a lot of unreasonable reasons which surprises me.

I requested from them a letter of claim experience a (requirement to transfer to another insurance) & they said it will take a week or 10 days to have it sent to me & now It seems I got stocked I screwed up myself thought of saving a bit of money but unfortunately i ended up paying more.
