I placed on order with them on 12/10/07 for an ink cartridge and they charged my credit card $26.90 that same day. I waited and waited and it never came. I had to order from another company as I needed the ink. I called them on 1/8/08 to refund my money and they said ok. I waited for it to show up on my credit card as refunded and finally on 1/25/08 I called them back to find out where the credit was. They told me it takes to weeks and I had informed them it had been to weeks and 2 days, they said they would have accounting look into it and call me back. Ya, ok, I'm still waiting for the call back and today is 2/8/08. I can NEVER get through on the phone, you always get an answering machine. I sometimes have called them up to 10 times in one day and got an answering machine each time. I've sent them 5 e-mails and never gotten a response. All I can say is I'm glad I didn't order this through e-bay with paypal because you only have 30 days and they know that trick and wait until the 30 days is up. I paid with my credit card and I just called them to dispute my charge. They are going to credit my account and take the matter up with the company. DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST WHO WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP THE PRODUCT!
