Insight Global Kimberly (New York) Phishing Scam New York, New York

I happen to have a resume out in cyber-space looking for a new/permanent position as a program /project manager and have a tendancy to receive several phone calls a day regarding my qualifications.  However, on more than one occasion I receive phone calls from companies such as Insight Global (Kimberly) that are call under the guise that they are trying to qualify me for a position, when in fact they are trying to get names and contacts from companies that I have previously worked for or have interviewed with. When queried about the position they are contacting me about, I am advised of that it is a position of which there should be no "hits" on my resume in any manner of search criteria. Although, this phishing practice may not be illegal,  I find this practice of phishing for company contacts as unethical.  Most of the information they are seeking is readily available if they understood how to properly mine for the information.
