VAL TOOK MY $6000.00 DOLLARS FOR MY WEDDING PICTURES AND PRODUCED ONLY THE PROOFS.
AS PER HER CONTRACT WITH ME AND MY WIFE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO PICK 80 PICTURES FROM THOSE PROOFS AND SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE A WEDDING BOOK MADE IN ITALY WHICH WAS " REALLY AWESOME" SHE SAID!
AS WELL WE WERE ALSO SUPPOSE TO GET (1) REALLY BIG BLOWN UP WEDDING PORTRAIT AND (2) SLIGHTLY SMALLER ONES.....
WE PICKED THE 80 PICTURES AND GAVE HER OUR CHOICES LAST MAY 2008 LETS SEE WE ARE NOW IN MARCH 2009!!!!!
SHE NEVER ANSWERED A 11 MONTH BARRAGE OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS TO HER STUDIO AND JUST TODAY (FRIDAY 13, 2009) I CALLED THE STUDIO AND THE LINE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED!!!!
SHE STILL LIVES IN TOWN HERE AND IS AVOIDING ME AND MY WIFE LIKE THE PLAGUE..... WE WANT OUR PICTURES!!!
OR ..... WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!

My event was photographed by Val too. I have experienced pretty close to what you have gone through and filed my own report on this website. The time frame of our events are very close and we were both frantically trying to find her.
I did manage to finally get my proof books and that's it. She mentioned she still had a wedding out there when I got the books from her. I emailed her the list of my photos for my books and nothing. The rest of the contract is unfulfilled. I called her earlier this week and no reply.
