INSIGHT STUDIO "VAL JOYCE PHOTOGRAPHY" TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED ON MY PHOTOS!! Santa Clarita, California

Val took my $4000 for Bar Mitzvah pictures and provided me after many, many phone calls with my proof books. The rest of the contract has NEVER been fulfilled.

Starting in April/May 2008, I stared calling her and it took me months to find her, phone calls to her cell, calls to her studio and to her home as well as emails...all were ignored until one day she responded. We met and she produced the proof books.

Val told me her husband deleted the phone messages and she didn't know which "insert a name" to call since she knew multiple people with that name.

She claimed there had been illness in the family, lost her cell (never replaced it for all those months, amazingly enough) and apparently was not compelled to get the phone numbers of the two clients she still had to provide photos to our events- mine and a wedding which she told me about.

I emailed her my list of photos for my book that was to be produced in Italy. I never heard from her.

I called her recently and to date no reply. She lives locally and knows my family and still has not lived up to her to end of the contract. Val has worked for us before.

I want my money back, at the very least. I want her to fulfill her contract and produce the 16X20 image as well as the book that we were supposed to get. At this point, I now want the ability to produce my own photos.

What has happened is unbelievable and hurtful.
