Insignia Best Buy defective television jackson Michigan

PLEASE! DO NOT BUY this garbage. I did and after two months I called Best Buy and I was told that I would have to take the elevision into Best Buy to get the vibrating sound fixed and it would be at least A MONTH. Instead of replacing a television that is defective I have to leave my only television at the store for a month before they will even tell if they will fix it.  Check out the ratings on other websites. The ratings for this Television are at most 2 out of 5 and there are so many complaints that I wish I had read them before I got ripped off. 

I contacted Insignia and they told me the television is manufactured strickly for Best Buy and I have to go through their store to get the Television repiared. Since the Television was still NEW they should REPLACE it rather than make me wait a month for repairs.

I originally went into the store to purchase a Television that was advertised in their sale paper and I was told when I got there they didn't have that particular television, instead they had the Insignia that was compariable and just A LITTLE MORE MONEY.  

That in itself is false advertising and baiting to get customers into the store to purchase something other than what is in the sale paper.
