I contacted these people AGAIN about offers
**on their site
**that they receive compensation for, from
the advertiser, and
**where points are issued for completing these offers;
**which are redeemed on their site for gift cards
that had not credited. They take an extremely oblivious and careless attitude toward any complaint. Their ticket response is template and boilerplate, as will be their response to this report, likely accusing me of fraud. You will work for less than $1/hour in doing these offers, surveys, tasks, trials, etc they have on their aite. But they claim to not control crediting (it occurs on their site, so how do they NOT), and, do they really think if someone invested all of the time the first time completing, they should repeat it for the likelihood of not crediting again the second?
Below is the conversation from the ticket.
Hello
Toluna;
RewardTV Trivia; and
ConsumerInput.
I understand typically after 4 days you say to do them again, but it is a waste having to have to repeat them if it never credited the first time. i dont want to put in another 90 minutes between them all again for it to not go thru again. Quite truthfullly, surveys, app signuit is a waste having to have to repeat them. these are 4-5 days after doing them. i dont want to put in another 90 minutes between them for it to not go thru again.Truthfully, completing 30+ minutes surveys and app signups and trivia games arent that exciting.
Nevertheless, I have the confirmation emails that these were successful completions. I placed them all in one ticket (hopefully this was the appropriate way to do this; I just didn't think 4.open tickets would be better than one). If necessary when a response initiated, I will be happy to forward those to you.
Thank you in advance for your assistance, and may you have a wonderful day.
James

Offer crediting occurs automatically based on cookies and tracking pixels. It is not unusual for credits to be delayed for a few minutes, hours, or even days. However - if not credited within a few days - you can re-attempt it if you choose to do so.
To help your attempts credit - be sure your browser is setup to accept third-party cookies ( guide:http://www.instagc.com/guides/web-browser-setup ), that you clear cookies often ( guide:http://www.instagc.com/guides/clearing-cookies ), and review the basics of completing offers ( guide:http://www.instagc.com/guides/completing-offers ). Unfortunately no screenshots or proof would result in any credit being given if it doesn't automatically credit to begin with.
There are many easy offers that you can attempt and complete that will help you earn many more points.
Try some of these:
first page submits ->http://www.instagc.com/offers/submits-first-page
last completed list -> http://www.instagc.com/offers/?option=last-completed
most completed list -> http://www.instagc.com/offers/?option=most-completed
Also try monitoring the Ticker to see what is crediting for others. You could also enable completed offers to post in the chat by adjusting the chat settings.

Your response to do first-page submits are misleading. The first page is the email entry which leads to a survey with multiple "offers" to complete different "levels". Those never credit. You state, "Offer crediting occurs automatically based on cookies and tracking pixels. It is not unusual for credits to be delayed for a few minutes, hours, or even days. However - if not credited within a few days - you can re-attempt it if you choose to do so." But, what you cannot get through your incompetent mind is that if I keep investing time and not getting the compensation it purports, YOU ARENCOMMITTING FRAUD. YOU ADVERTISE AN OFFER AND DONT DO ANYTHING TO ENSURE ITS EFFICACY, THUS WILLFULLY DECEIVING THE CONSUMER. THAT IS FRAUD. InstaGC by its nature controls crediting. You provide the offers, you provide the points, you provide the way to redeem the points for the gift cards.
If I go to these parties (Toluna, Consumer Input, ShoeMint, RewardTV Trivia) and tell them my points didn't credit, they tell me to go to you.

Incompetent mind? No need to be disrespectful. We are trying to offer you advice and tips.
instaGC does not control offer crediting.

- any completion valued at 225+ points (this 225+ value may be changed as needed)
- any credit card (CC) offer
- any shopping offer
- any trial offer
Points are frozen for an estimated time frame of minimum 7-14+ days. The frozen point time frame is not equal to the trial time frame of an offer. For any CC/trial offer: test out the product/service for as long as possible as each has its own specific trial period. Cancelling right away or too early will result in no points being rewarded or reversal of points.

Please ignore this report. The matter has been amicably resolved. I have attempted updating this twice now with no luck, but, this problem is resolved, and this report no longer valid.

Like we stated, instaGC has no control over offer crediting. All we can do is to provide a member with advice and tips to help them out. Sorry you had issues with this, but we are trying to help you. The issue you are having and the response you received would be the same for any reward website. No reward site controls offer crediting. Best of luck to you.
