Instagc, what can I say? It will take extreme dedication to get anything beyond 100 points, which takes almost 45 minutes, and is worth...... $1.00. Yes, one dollar. I had offers pending for 21 days and received no credit. These were for a credit reporting site and a video site. I sent in proof of.completion and received no answer. After over two weeks, an update was requested by me and received no.response. I told them off in further updates and received no acknowledgement.

Their typical response to every single.complaint is nearly boilerplate. They accuse the reporter of fraud, or state that verification was needed. Well, impossible here....the credit report uses my social; I have to be me to.access this. The video site uses my credit card. Again, needs to match the information the.credit.card has. So, there is no fraud. just stupidity on instagc. And lack of effort in rewarding the points. They suck a**.

Inaccurate!

I understood what you said perfectly. This is why I preempted your responses and rebuttal here with what you would say. Other sites issue points immediately, and when they do not give a date of when they will clear. You say "7-14+ days," but this gives no time frame beyond 7 days to eternity. You feel you can get away with that "14+" and tell a member to just be patient. Last time it took 32 days. This time, the offers were completed but weren't even pending -- they weren't frozen, they weren't pending, they were inexistent. A completion that isn't anywhere in my profile will not credit. I disabled every last protection I had to ensure the tracking. I took twice the amount of time shown (e.g., offer says 20 min, I took 35-40). I was fully honest in all of my responses. I hit submit on the.black box pop up. Still, no dice. Every time someone complains about this occurring, you provide the same responses. There cannot be that many people wrong.

You state it isn't your responsibility to credit points but you issue the points and rewards. You do not acknowledge however that indeed there are other sites with the same offers with different reward amounts. They issue their points to their account and handle issues with offers not crediting. At best, the issue would be transferrable to the "wall" (e.g. TrialPay, AdWall, PeanutLabs). However, the offers are no longer showing BECAUSE I COMPLETED THEM, so I cannot trace back to which wall they were from. I contacted the endsource -- the advertiser (e.g., ShoeMint) -- whonreferred me back to YOU. NOT TO TRIALPAT, ETC..... TO YOU. So, yes, I understand completely. But you do not understand that by providing the offer, YPU are responsible for the associated reward, especially as:

--you cannot complete the same offer on more than one site;

--different sites which have these same offers provide varying rewards;

--the other sites handle complaints within, not telling the member "we don't do this" basically stating, 'oh well, too bad, so sad.'

You claim you have no control, and that effectively, the advertiser is the one to credit. I have used other sites where credit is their responsibility of the site you initiate the offer. I contacted the advertisers and they referred me back to you. So , what does that tell me? You have offers that will not credit. No matter how many times, how slow you go, how whatever else ypubattempt claiming. Other sites also credit trials within 5 days, period. You say "7-14+" which means, like my previous complaint stated, any time from now til Kingdom Come. You just don't want to issue the rewards. This is why I had you cancel my account. There is no "trying to help me out." You want mentoncomplete additional offers, surveys, and trials, with the HOPE that I will receive the points proffered. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

In fairness, I am updating this to show this as resolved and that after again requesting cancellation of the account, instaGC credited the frozen points.

Crediting takes time

AUTHOR: FromNYC2SoCal - ()

There surely had to be some agreement with the companies you represent for crediting. Additionally, as your agencies do not issue the points, that is, points and rewards are issued through instaGC, my information maintained by instaGC, me completing the offers via instaGC, and instaGC not being the only company which provides these offers, and them being on the instaGC wall (i.e., not PeanutLabs, radiumOne, trialpay, etc.), crediting is the responsibility of instaGC. InstaGC further states to wait four days then reattempt, but states crediting can "take time." You won't say HOW LONG, just that it will happen.........eventually. Under points section it states, "All points from CC/shopping/trial tasks, regardless of the amount, or any task valued more than 225 points will become frozen. Points are frozen within your account for an estimated time frame of 7-14+ days" It is this "14+" that is at issue. That can mean 14 days to the rest of my life. I mean NOT to sound so pragmatic, but that is what you are in effect stating. "Have patience as it takes time." When is long enough on a 7 day trial, and for how long am I expected to keep a membership without the incentive that brought me to that initially?

The "takes time" response requires some degree of relativity. Can I offer that response to my credit card company or electricity company when my bill is due: that I will pay it........eventually? The tickets involved are 47310 where I requested account cancellation; I was told (09/26) "we will work on getting you the credit for the offers if you'd like us to" and that, "instaGC doesn't control offer crediting nor knows if/when an offer may credit, so it would be impossible for us to provide you with an ETA." Initially, I filed ticket 45293 when the points that were showing as frozen disappeared. After the inquiry, they showed up again as frozen. I requested where they were located to be certain I was looking in the correct place. That ticket closed, and I opened 45683 when they never credited. I have been waiting since 9/4. Again, this was 7-day trial.  Further, I sent to your support team at the "contact" email address the documentation on 9/9. I did not hear back until 9/26 when I requested cancellation and said you suck @$$. What a way to finally elicit a response.

So, the final ticket is 47310. Not that it will ever result in you correcting the issue by crediting the account, and provide a response other than "be patient, it will happen" (...........*eventually*). So will senility; this only makes senility come sooner.

Hello, could you let us know your username or a support ticket #? We would like to review your issue and resolve it positively for you ASAP. We apologize in regards to offers not crediting and having to submit information to an advertising agency in order to get you credit, but that process alone takes a while ( not on our part - the advertising agency part ). Let us know your info and we will do our best to help you out as quickly as possible.
