instant check mate un-authorized charges continuously Internet

Last month, i went online for a background check of myself.  i wanted to see what was contain in my files by searching the net i came across instant check mate.   charges made with dates.

1.   charge  $1.00 date:   3-7-2014

2.   charge  $1.99  date   3-7-2014

3.   charge   $19.99  date  3-7-2014

4.   charge   $29.63  date  3-12-2014

instantcheckmate.com over charged me.. continuesly when i called and express i had cancel the account   the account the first few hours of signing on.  they said the account was cancelled according to customer servie   but  when i  checked my bank statements all the over chages show up.  when i called check mate on the number provide customer service told me that i didnt cancel and i have lost my money... i tried to tell then that i did cancel by phone but that wasnt to be heard i was hung on twice.

please tell me what can i do about this, the internet company is a ripoff,  from the beggining it advertise a dollar to try out the service,   not  52.  dollar.

please help me resolve this ripoff
