False, the info they have is from phone books, and mixed up wrong information. Of course they want you to upgrade to the $29.99 level for more information. If they do not have correct or no information and want $10 more to give you more information. Do not waste your money. Look in the phone book or whitepages.com. Go to your local court house and get the correct information and save your money and grief.
