Intec college Siphesihle. Intec, lying, denying, stealing, incompetence Durban Nationwide, kzn South Africa

I have had the worst experince form INTEC college ever.  They do not reply to any email sent to them, they don't know who to refer a person to, etc. Now in the 2 times that I have been phoned, promises were made and broken. I registered with Intec to upgrade my matric. First they enrolled me for the wrong course, and did not tell me about it. Then they told me the course is unavailable, then the 1 year course became a 2 year course.

I paid my deposit and now want it back. For 2 weeks now I have done everything in my power to get my money back, short of going to a lawyer. I will be forced to take them to small claims court if my money is not returned. I am constantly trying to get hold of them, but they just pass the buck.
