INTEGRITY ALARMS ADT authorized dealer - BUYS BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - Anaheim California

Integrity sent out 1099 contracts door to door soliciting ADT alarm service. The sale rep we dealt with named Ari Ohadi. He told us that they provide 90 days free cancellation to TRY. He even wrote down "90 days" on the installation agreement. The day the installation guy came over, my husband asked him why the contract doesn't indicate we have 90 days free cancellation. The guy told my husband that "90 days free tryout won't show in the contact but is effective starting the contact is signed". Two months later, we didn't like the serivce and wanted to cancel the service. I contacted the sales rep, Ari Ohadi, and was told that he will take care of it, and then starts avoiding my call. I then called the office. The manger, Christina Gonzalez, told me that they go by the contract, and there's no 90 day free cancellation written in the contract. I wonder why such a big and reputable company like ADT, they authorize the dishonest dealer to work with them? We trust in ADT, and ended up having such a bad experience. BUYERS BEWARE.
