We told the representative that came to our door everything we wanted to have installed he said that he will do that and give us the first two months free as well as a siren because the house is large and we wanted to make sure we hear the siren if the alarm goes off.

So when the tech came out here he had a integrity alarms uniform, I questioned him why was that, he told me that they have a contract with ADT and they do all their installations.  At that point I didn't think of anything else, I told the guy I want a clean install with no wires showing and asked him if the alarm would be loud enough to hear upstairs.

He said that it would be very very loud.  When the guy installed the alarm he made holes through our walls and there were wires showing.  We told him it didn't look good, but the guy said there is no other way.  So we thought the damage is done already, lets just get the alarm working.

So when he tested the siren, it barely made enough noise to hear downstairs.  We told them the representative that came to our door said it would be loud enough to hear.  So we called the representative and said we didn't like what they did and wanted a system that ADT advertises on their web page.

The guy said we can't cancel now because it was the 4th day already and we only had three days to cancel their service or pay them around $2,000 dollars for their equipment or they can have somebody come out there and install the siren.  It's been 2 months  now, and they send a techs out here 7 times, but still no siren.

Every time the techs come out, they have no idea what to do.  They spend about 3 hours asking different people on the phone what to do, but still no resolution and then they tell me they are going to have to reschedule another day.  We already had an incident where the alarm went off and we didn't realize it.  The cops came and gave us a $30 citation.  They said the next one will be higher.

Sometimes the alarm doesn't even work at all.  Today another tech came and they said he is the best one.  He spend 4 hours working on the alarm and still couldn't figure it out.  He left saying that he was going to be back with another piece of equipment.  Now he called back and said he is not going to have time till Tuesday.  We are not protected now and paying 44 dollars a month.

All we want is ADT to handle our care.  We want to get out of Integrity Alarms Contract because we never wanted one with them.  We thought we signed up with ADT.
