Integrity Home Solutions Bill Deluliis Ripoff Company Saint Peters Missouri

I've had to respond to several of these similar reviews obviously written by the same author.

It should be plainly clear that there was no contract between this complainant and Integrity Home Solutions.  I am no longer speculating that this is a disgruntled ex-employee.

I will try to address each item as it is written.

Integrity Home Solutions is an accredited BBB member with an A+ rating.  Yes, we do have 17 complaints.  That's less than 1% of our volume of business.

We do not use "cheap sub-contractors".  Most of our installers are in-house employees.  Those that aren't employees are extreme professionals and have been working with us long enough to be offended by this commentary.

The rest of the ranting in this complaint is hardly worth my response.  It is clearly an assemblage of nonsensical vague adjectives with no facts or details.  To call the owner of this company any kind of name shows a certain level of intellect.  In addition, to call any potential clients "insane" confirms said level of intellect. 

I encourage anyone who is researching a home improvement project to be logical and vigilant in his quest for quality and integrity. 

 AG Koster has filed suit against Integrity Home Solutions for violating no call law. The no call list has been around for years and Bill Deluliis didn't know about or he just didn't care if he blatantly broke the law!! Deluliis was a former manager at Thomas Construction for 19 years,another bargain basement high pressure sales,very low quality workmanship outfit. Thomas has changed their name to True Home Value and have less BBB complaints at 14 than Integrity who has 17 over the past three years and they have been around since 1973. This just shows what a scumbag Deluliis is!! He can't even follow Missouri law,how could anybody trust him to work on their home,what else will he disregard!!!!!
