 Their supposed owner billy Deluliis is a complete bible thumping joke..he always wants to talk about GAWD...Integrity has no in house installers..they use cheap unskilled subs that work for every other low rate company in town...look up Integrity Home Solutions rip off report..as well as their BBB report and see all the complaints against them...this Deluliis came from Thomas Construction another low rate sales company that only cares about getting your money...integrity is being sued for violating the no call law in Missouri..if Deluliis breaks that law,will be even follow codes,regulations,getting proper licences,etc..I think not judging about by all the major complaints against this bargain basement company...avoid Integrity Home Solutions and this scumbag bill Deluliis at all costs...you will end paying God knows how much to fix their major blunders...IHS-Deluliis-RIP...

If you have no unhappy customers,how do you explain 12 BBB complaints with 3 customers not satisfied with companies response. 

Yes it was your company integrity home solutions that did everything to avoid fixing their mistakes.you say you don't have any complaints,how about the 12 filed with the BBB.My sister had to pay another company to fix your horrible work.with all the other companies in town this is the last one anybody should use.

Are you sure you have the right company?  I am in charge of the roofing division at Integrity, and to my knowledge have no unhappy customers.  I can say with upmost certianty that no one has ever had to hire another company to "fix our mistakes". 

Why are you writing a report about a company that you yourself haven't used?  If there was ever a problem with goods or services, that would have definately been worked out between the client and the company.

I think it is irresponsible for you and this website to post this heresay without confirmation.

If your sister has a problem with her job PLEASE have her call us.  We provie full warranties on labor and materials, and vow to correct any problems for which we are responsible.
