"Rose" is not being honest about several things.

First, what she refers to as "useless information" has made many of our students wealthy, as attested to by their testimonials and certified court docs found on our site. We also have maintained a perfect A+ rating with the BBB for over 20 years - you cannot do that if your product is "useless".

Second, she claims that the program is not refundable - we do, indeed, have a refund policy that includes double your money back.

She complains about the dues for the VIP Club she signed up for, even though she voluntarily chose the VIP Club edition, rather than the standard edition which has no dues or other costs at all. And anyone who checks our site will see that customers choosing the VIP edition are required to read and understand the terms - there is no small print. Apparently, "Rose" chose to ignore all 6 advisories, two of which are on the order form, itself.

Further, she claims the program "did not work". In order for it to work the client is expected to actually try it. She did not have it more than a month - barely long enough to learn the program - and she never once attempted to utilize any of the tools we provided, including the free coaching. It seems to us that if she WANTED to succeed, she would have at least tried.

And nowhere on our site is it claimed Bill Vaughn is "the Number One person" for this information. But I can tell you this - to get ALL the legitimate methods of real estate investing, all the necessary software and tools AND free lifetime coaching for under $90 - that's a huge bargain. EVERY other real estate investing "guru" charges thousands for much less.

I would suggest to "Rose" that she stop complaining about her own refusal to read the terms she was required to read, and actually try the program, because it does work - for those who are WILLING to work!

As an aside, there is no record of any "Rose" from "Winter Garden", so she is either being dishonest about her name or her place of residence. Makes one wonder why....
