Intelliflix ripoff Internet

Intelliflix (intelliflix.com) promises dvd's. i signed up for this service several months ago, and i've spent most of the time waiting for them to send dvd's. essentially i've paid for no service. Their customer service ranges from unresponsive to flat dishonest (i have communication that are clearly misleading).

searching on the web, i see that there are many many many consumer complaints about intelliflix not fulfilling their promise to customers. Taking their money and delivering nothing. They have a poor rating with the BBB. there should be a class action suit against them for failing to deliver what they promise.
