Intelliflix Withheld movies, sent a bootleg copy that didn't work. Had 13 to 18 movies in queue and none at my house. ripoff West Palm Beach Florida Internet

Intelliflix withheld movies and did not fulfill their end of the deal of 3 out at a time. Most of the time I had none and yet my queue had 13 to 18 titles in it. Or they would dribble them out 1 at a time.

I contacted customer support many times and they told me if I had more titles in my queue this woudln't happen. More than 13 to 18 in my queue, what sense does that response make? Why isn't 3 enough, if they say you can have 3 out at a time then 3 should be enough.

As if that wasn't bad enough. One of the videos came looking like a bootleg, paper label that wasn't even on straight. I put it in the DVD player and received an error that it was an unrecognized format. I tried it in 2 other DVD players and received the same message.

When I contacted the customer support by email, they don't have a phone for customer support, they didn't acknowledge the bootleg DVD, they danced around it and said that sometimes DVDs don't work because they are damaged in the mail. The DVD did not even look damaged. Unfortunately I did send it back and do not have it for evidence which I truly regret.

What a rip off. I asked for my money back as they did not hold up their end of the deal and they just said sorry we don't refund money.
