I would just like to thank Donny in California for all his support with his investigations. Through donations and his own funding he has really dug deep into everything out their to be known.

I commend him for his dedication and his efforts in truly finding the truth behind the deception. I am currently in the process of filing my counterclaim to a lawsuit filed against me for $300,000.00. I will be seeking in excess of $250.000.00 in damages in addition to all attorney fees, travel expenses, etc which should bring the total to over the $300.000.00 mark.

With his efforts he has supplied my lawyers with all they need to mount a sucessful case.

In other news, I have personally been in contact with 23 other people and we have started the process of filing a class action lawsuit. It's going to happen but we would all like very much to increase that number as much as possible. Anybody interested should try to reach Donny because due to my case I do not want to jepordize by current legal position by directly using their name in any way. Apparently this is the only basis of their lawsuit that they have to go on. I certainly hope for their sake that they have more to go on than just that.
