On March 2nd, 2010 I received an email about a home based business to sell merchandise over the internet.  I  went to the website to check it out.  I called Internet Profit (also known as ICM websites or Internet profit success systems).  The man I initially spoke with, I thought he said his name was Paul explained how to sign up for a service for $2.97.  I needed to "DUH" give my credit card number, bank name etc.  OK I thought for $2.97, I would check it out.  I clicked on the NEXT tab and the page disapeeared with all my info on it.  I then told "Paul" that I decided I didn't want to join the service.  I asked if my card would be charged and he said no.

A week later they took $139 from my bank account.  I disputing charges, but I think they have their act covered.

I called this company about there fraud, and agents won't give last names. A manger is never available to speak with. I did get a FAX no, phone NO, business address, but they won't give refunds.

It's a scam folks.

If you get an email for a home based business, don't give out your credit card number.

Thank you for your correspondence in connection with the above-referenced matter.

In the interest of Customer Service, we have terminated this customers account and no further charges will be conducted on their account. This customer will also be provided a refund for the purchase, in the amount of $2.97 as the $139.95 was never drafted from the account.

Internet Cash Machine is a membership site that provides users with all the tools and information necessary to learn how to post product websites and mall webstores, as well as, launch products for auction on eBay.

In order to sign up for the Internet Cash Machine program, the customer MUST go thru the following steps.

1.     Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different
        internet advertisements.

2.     Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary
information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.

3.     Then the customer must provide their credit card information on the
secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions, that are
conspicuously displayed no more than 80 pixels from the order submission button.??

In addition to clearly spelling out each fee required for the service, we provide the number for the customer to call to cancel the account.

Based on the above representations and facts, there can be no question that ICM has taken every step to assure that all the terms and conditions are displayed multiple times throughout the sign up process and after the signup is complete.  For any customer to state that, they were not made aware or did not see or was not informed or did not authorize the charges regarding the charges for the service, would be a misstatement.

Regardless, if this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office. This customer can keep any materials that were received as our gift.

Internet Cash Machine is committed to the success and satisfaction of all of its clients and conducts its business in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.  Please contact our office directly if we may be of any further assistance.

Respectfully yours,

Internet Cash Machine Staff

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Your Not Alone!!

AUTHOR: ICM Wesite Builder - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 26, 2010

I too have  been scamed by this company ICM. I have reported them on via internet scam and police.  The police filed a report for me and I am getting a lawyer for these people! They are crooks and I live paycheck to paycheck and that was my rent money. All I wanted was the information about the company not a stupid website! That's how they get you. They used a woman's picture on my internet provider's website and i ignored it for awhile and then last week, I decided to try it. The website told me that I just had to pay 2.97 for information on the company. I went through the steps thinking i was paying 2.97, but nooo, they take 139.95 out of my fiancee's accout, that was our rent money! How awful can a person be taking people's money and not caring whether they need it or not. I hope I can sue them for alot more than they took out! I hope everybody else out there feels the same.

Tammie Reeves
