Internet profit success system ICM website said they would extend my 3 day trail but on 5th day charged me 139. for nothing in return. I never received a kit. Products to sell are very over priced & shipping is too expensive. I could not get Lake Forest California

The ad looked legitimate because it shows it is supported by a local Chanel 6 TV show & has been featured in 10 most legitimate news stories & magazines. The tag is it is free & then just 2.95 to have the kit sent to your home. Go online & look at products then after 3 days they charge you 139. for your website. I called to canel the 2nd day because I have owned a business for 18 years & knew their prices were not wholesale & shipping was ridiculously high. When I called to cance the "lovely" gentleman persauded me to take another look at their products...I said I could only pull up one page showing 2 companies one with high prices & the other on e books. He said he would extend my time until April 22nd but I called back on the 16 & he said my 3 days were up the day before !! Sorry we already have pulled your mone from your bank account. I received nothing for my 2.98 &139. dollars.
I checked for scams under ICM website & nothing came up before I commited & asked if they were listed with BBB which they said they were & gave me their address & said they had a A+ rating.
Now I have learned their real name Successful Home Profit System with Goggle(which again I trusted Goggle) they had another name before this & another before this. They just keep changing their name & get away with scaming people. The really sad situation here is that people that really need extra mone are trying to work from home & are the ones taken advantage of. I am a teacher so the ad appears on our school weather bug so we can check quality of air & weather conditions for our students. Being advertised in such a manner does not make it appear they are scammers. Teachers have their summers & evenings off so I am sure I am among the many. Trust me it is very hard to see the 139 charge which I did not but I say the company had charged my debit card on the very day I called having the 139 in pending so I called to cancel & recived this false information. I have so many reports where people feel dumb & the company tells you you agreed to this 3 times before summiting!!?? I am a very cautious person & at age 61 I have never been scammed so I can imagine how many people they are taking advantage of! Shame on them but they are getting very rich. When you call they will not let you talke to a supervison & are very rude. I called back several time trying to speak to some one with authority which shows they never work with an unhappy customer!

In the interest of Customer Service, we have terminated this customers account and no further charges will be conducted on their account. This customer will also be provided a refund for the purchase, in the amount of $142.92.
Internet Cash Machine is a membership site that provides users with all the tools and information necessary to learn how to post product websites and mall webstores, as well as, launch products for auction on eBay.
In order to sign up for the Internet Cash Machine program, the customer MUST go thru the following steps.
1. Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different
internet advertisements.
2. Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary
information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.
3. Then the customer must provide their credit card information on the
secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions, that are
conspicuously displayed no more than 80 pixels from the order submission button.??
In addition to clearly spelling out each fee required for the service, we provide the number for the customer to call to cancel the account.
Based on the above representations and facts, there can be no question that ICM has taken every step to assure that all the terms and conditions are displayed multiple times throughout the sign up process and after the signup is complete. For any customer to state that, they were not made aware or did not see or was not informed or did not authorize the charges regarding the charges for the service, would be a misstatement.
Regardless, if this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office. This customer can keep any materials that were received as our gift.
