Invention Technoligies - invent-tech Ripoff Invent-tech took my money and my idea now i have nothing Coral Gable Florida

Starting in December of 2004 I submitted a complete invention idea and all drawings, ect, with Invent-tech after they convinced me that it had all the changes of being a great product and the $11,000 it was costing me and others whom trusted me in this was a small price to pay if it sold on the market.

Well after the 2 year contract was expired they offered to market it free of charge for one more year. I had asked them how many products they have completed in licensing and patented. They were unable to verify that information due to being inaccurate and false leading and was not disclosed as a public record.

I had then ask if they could send me all the docs/drawings and all paper work involve with my product. They told me it would be marketed at trade shows even after I had ask for them to destroy and sent back to me.

So at this point I am trying to find a way to find a way to legally sue invent-tech for the money I invested any the trouble it has caused me over the last two years. I need help in making invent-tech holding accountable for their actions and to put in place a new law that would protect inventors from the same pain and problems that the law now protects them.
