I participated in a live research event/study on April 20, 2016. The study took approximately two hours and in return, I was told to expect a $35 GiftCard PASS sent to my email address in about eight weeks. After eight weeks, I sent an email regarding the status of payment. I was told "they will be fulfilling the promised incentive. Unfortunately, the payment for this study has been delayed." That was on June 28. I wrote a folow up email in July asking if they were any closer to resolving the issue and received no response. It is now August, I have not been paid, and I am not getting any answers. It feels like I might have gotten ripped off...

Invoke Research actually pays that $35!

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, August 20, 2017

I'll edit copy this same message and proof to everyone who are filing a report so everyone can get their rightfully earned money which they actually do pay (at least not copied any more frequent than 1 message per 8 hours or else this site will consider it spam):
I've uploaded a link to a set of snapshots of them rectifying the problem and the physical card I got.  postimg.org/gallery/3hnamntfk/
The main mistake that I (and pretty much everyone else) have made was waiting for an e-mail header that has 'Invoke' in the title, deleting everything else assuming it's spam.  Unfortunately, 'Invoke' wasn't in the header of the e-mail we should've been looking for. "virtualrewardcenter.com" should have been the header to look for.  Too bad none of us knew that.
Solution: On their support site, they have an e-mail to contact them with (this site says not to add email adresses).  I suggest emailing your complaint to that e-mail then copy that complaint and paste it to the same e-mail but have that e-mail all capitalized even the dot com to ensure you get a reply.  For some reason it's all capital on their site but when you copy and paste it to your e-mail program it's all lowercase so just send to both to assure you get a response.
If you aren't lying, they'll be sure to find your email in their records instantly and resend a payment to you.
