I did a research in the first week of feb2016 and it is now the end of the second week of april and i have emailed the support site but still have got no response. Its into the 9th week of april and have recieved no payment or "email gift pass". I have emailed them 3 times and still no response. They had no problem inviting me again to another research study but nothing else

Paid finally

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Monday, August 21, 2017

I got paid and responded to more than a month later and still 2-3 more months from the date expected. To have to remind and continue to pester was nothing of my interest. The email was clearly marked and not seen as spam at all. They were clearly very behind in payments with many complaints. Personally i dont want to have to remind a company months later they owe me money. In reality i thought i threw away the 1st email invite etc. if i had not had it , def would have been harder to get paid. For as long as it took i would not be interested in doing this again.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Invoke Research actually pays that $35!

I'll edit copy this same message and proof to everyone who are filing a report so everyone can get their rightfully earned money which they actually do pay (at least not copied any more frequent than 1 message per 8 hours or else this site will consider it spam):
I've uploaded a link to a set of snapshots of them rectifying the problem and the physical card I got.  https://postimg.org/gallery/3hnamntfk/
The main mistake that I (and pretty much everyone else) have made was waiting for an e-mail header that has 'Invoke' in the title, deleting everything else assuming it's spam.  Unfortunately, 'Invoke' wasn't in the header of the e-mail we should've been looking for. "virtualrewardcenter.com" should have been the header to look for.  Too bad none of us knew that.
Solution: On their support site, they have an e-mail to contact them with (this site says not to add email adresses).  I suggest emailing your complaint to that e-mail then copy that complaint and paste it to the same e-mail but have that e-mail all capitalized even the dot com to ensure you get a reply.  For some reason it's all capital on their site but when you copy and paste it to your e-mail program it's all lowercase so just send to both to assure you get a response.
If you aren't lying, they'll be sure to find your email in their records instantly and resend a payment to you.
