Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Completed a 90 ,minute chat session survey with a $30 (Paypal) incentive to be delivered within eight weeks.
Seven weeks into it, I e-mailed a request for verification that I would be receiving the incentive within the next (final) week of the eight-week period. Their response was that because other surveys were causing them to be late with payments (incentives), I could also expect a delay. They did not seem too concerned or apologetic about it. In other words, it appears that Invoke Research surveys pay well, it sure takes a long time for payment. Eight weeks PLUS is a long time for anything these days!
I will post here again once I receive payment.

Apparently this is normal with these people

I completed two studies with them. One on 4/7 & one on 4/18. The compensation was to be a $35 GiftCard Pass to be received within 8 weeks. Obviously it is way beyond 8 weeks. I emailed them about a month ago and they basically said sorry but we'll pay you when we pay you. I really wish there were some online forums where we could warn others before they make the mistake of participating with this company. This is the only company that I have ever had any issues with receiving promised compensation to participate in surveys.
