On September 17, 2015 I took part in a survey panel for Invoke Research. Myself and the other panelists were promised a $35.00 incentive to participate in a 90 minute live survey, we were to be payed within 6 weeks of the survey date. It is now October 30th, 2015 the 6 weeks have passes and I have not been payed.

I have made 2 attempts to contact the Invoke company but have not received any kind of reply from them. I have a confirmation email from them that reads..

Hi,

Thank you for your participation in our study on Thursday, September 17th 2015.

Please expect to receive your $35 incentive in about 6 weeks from the date of the session, via PayPal, to the same email address where you have received your invitation.

If you have any questions, please contact the Support Site

I have not received any other communication from Invoke on this matter and am still expecting my payment, my next step will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, as well as the FCC. If need be I will contact news outlets and inform them of this scam company as well.

Invoke Research actually pays that $35!

AUTHOR: Robert Brooks - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 21, 2017

I'll edit copy this same message and proof to everyone who are filing a report so everyone can get their rightfully earned money which they actually do pay (at least not copied any more frequent than 1 message per 8 hours or else this site will consider it spam):
I've uploaded a link to a set of snapshots of them rectifying the problem and the physical card I got.  https://postimg.org/gallery/3hnamntfk/
The main mistake that I (and pretty much everyone else) have made was waiting for an e-mail header that has 'Invoke' in the title, deleting everything else assuming it's spam.  Unfortunately, 'Invoke' wasn't in the header of the e-mail we should've been looking for. "virtualrewardcenter.com" should have been the header to look for.  Too bad none of us knew that.
Solution: On their support site, they have an e-mail to contact them with (this site says not to add email adresses).  I suggest emailing your complaint to that e-mail then copy that complaint and paste it to the same e-mail but have that e-mail all capitalized even the dot com to ensure you get a reply.  For some reason it's all capital on their site but when you copy and paste it to your e-mail program it's all lowercase so just send to both to assure you get a response.
If you aren't lying, they'll be sure to find your email in their records instantly and resend a payment to you.

Finally got a reply still no payment

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, November 05, 2015

Got a reply from them on November 2, saying that the payment for the study has been "slightly delayed" and thanked me for my patience. There was no indication as to when I and most likely everyone who participated in this survey will be paid. Having to wait 6 weeks was long enough to wait, I think this company waits so long in the hopes that people will just forget all about it so they don't have to pay out. It seems the only time people are really getting paid for their time is when they send multiple emails and start filing complaints against them. They are making a bad name for themselves, I for one will pass up any other surveys or studies from this company.
