Avoid this merchant processor at all costs!! They are dishonest, do not send you monthly statements and switch fees without your consent. Their manager (Stacy) is impossible to reach she does not even have her own voicemail so you can leave her messages. And if you ask her reps for a call back you will not get one! If you want to cancel your account it will take up to 30 days and they will still withdraw funds from your account until you call them and request multiple times to close your account. Do not deal with this so called merchant service provider.
