The I.R.S. and its systemic, lawless attack perpetrated against millions of working Americans!

Our nation is being ruined sooner, not later by lawless rogue agencies like the IRS who willfully refuse to abide by the laws passed by the Congress and the high court rulings to protect the working People of America from unjust taxation.

Has anyone figured out why when more taxes get taken, the greater the national debt gets? Locally, why do our schools want more $$$$$, but our children fall farther and farther behind world academic standards vs. countries that spend almost nothing per child on education? The answer is FRAUD, folks; FRAUD.

The IRS has no jurisdiction or legal authority in matters pertaining work in the private sector, IRS has refused to verify the authenticity of their legal authority when legally challenged to do so per the US Supreme Court's comments in the Ryder v. UNITED STATES ruling and other supporting high court rulings that were made for my protection and that of every other working American in the private sector.

So, folks, stand back and watch IRS agents, tax attorneys (not you Mark), CPA's, bankers AND almost all of OUR LAW MAKERS, JUDGES AND most of our OTHER ELECTED OFFICIALS (I'm sorry to say) chide us and decieve us by intentionally or unintentionally confusing the meanings of "commonly used words" with "legal terms" to entrap all of us who have not happened to become attorneys or CPA's. These are the paid professionals, folks, in postions of authority. The souls that get paid big money to know the laws and dictate policy to companies that either bless us or rip us off big-time.

How deeply are we betrayed and illegally tapped? These IRS people aren't part of a servant government; they're captors, folks, telling you and me what to pay, when to pay it and itemize the ways that they'll tear you a new one if you don't pay them; all with absolutely no regard for what is written or ruled to restrain them and/or protect us.

What ever the IRS tells companies, employers, corporations etc. to do, most will do it out of fear of IRS retaliation, harrassment and other hell-options that the companies don't want to face; so they pay and make us pay without regard to the codes, statutes and regs, upholding the laws or the welfare of our country.

Stand up America! Stand up for our civil rights and protect each other from this stronghold the I.R.S. has on every American. We better do something before it's too late!

Oh, by the way, I am doing something.

Thanks for reading this and pass it to people you care about and people you don't.

Sincerely,

Disgruntled American

I borrowed some of these words from a great guy.

Response to Southern Chemical

AUTHOR: Jeanski - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, May 05, 2012

Wow - where did you dig up this ROR from? It's been months... :-)  In any event, I went to the Channel 13 news site and watched the video.  That was a real eye opener!  Here I am struggling on what I make, and illegals are milking the system. Hmmm.... tax fraud is a federal offense, right? Another reason to send them home. And what about the IRS and lawmakers who KNOW about this and do nothing??? I think I just might have to write my congressman.

Check this out..Illegal Aliens getting HUGE "refunds"

AUTHOR: Southern Chemical and Equipment LLC - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, May 05, 2012

The IRS is fully aware of this scam.

They allow undocumented illegals to get an 'ITIN" and then they knowingly process fraudulent returns that are often in the tens of thousands of dollars..

4 Billion Dollars per year of OUR tax dollars to illegals!!

I went to the tools for justice website. As is typical, they are misquoting the law. The constitution and the 16th amendment authorize congress to collect federal tax on our wages.  It's not up for debate and the Supreme Court has already ruled on it.  So what they are suggesting is, at best, misguided. At worst, it's illegal.

And to poster #2 (just in case you come back to this thread) I'm a third generation American. My grandparents came from Poland as LEGAL immigrants. They never accepted any kind of welfare or similar assistance. They learned English, my grandfather worked, and they raised their kids to be responsible adults.

My issue with illegals is that we spend so much tax money supporting them, that critical services for legal citizens are being denied or cut back.  Get rid of the illegals and we can do a better job of taking care of our own.

So you both have your axes to grind, one is a IRS hater that probably hasn't voted, ever. The other is probably a second generation imigrant ranting about illeagles. I love to read these rants. It allows me to laugh at people with worse phsyc problems than me

Response

AUTHOR: Jeanski - (U.S.A.)

I'm not sure what your actual complaint is.... that you have to pay taxes?  We all have to pay them. And we all get to benefit from them. I looked up Ryder v. US and it doesn't have anything to do with taxes. Is that a typo?

I'd like to offer my own opinion in response to your questions. First, Why does our nation debt continue to grow? Because the government is giving it to the illegals, and bailing our big businesses. Why not bail out the little businesses that have a far greater chance of failure if they don't get help? Quit giving tax breaks to the super-wealthy bankers and investors and make them pay back the bailout money. I don't believe in communism or socialism (by any stretch of the imagination), but it seems to me that a salary cap of 1 million (with the rest going to pay back the bailout) would go a long way towards making things better. And if a guy can't support his family on 1 million, I'd be happy to advise him on how my family and I survive on $45,000.

Your second question: Why do schools want more money when our children are falling behind? Because of the mistaken belief that people are willing to teach a classroom of 35 unruly children for a salary at the poverty level. My daughter teaches high school history. She makes $21,000! She loves teaching history and is willing to work for that low pay because of the intangible benefits. She's lucky that she has mostly good kids. But she has horror stories of student teaching in another school where parents are unresponsive to teacher concerns, kids bring weapons and drugs into the building, there is NO respect for the teacher or other administrators, and, generally speaking, chaos rules. It's a wonder kids learn anything!  Why not take a hint from the Chinese (who are supassing us in almost all subjects)? Classrooms are true places of learning where the teacher has all the authority s/he needs. Children don't misbehave, drugs and weapons are unheard of, and parents take responsibility for their children.  In other words, run it like a Catholic school :-) One humorous anecdote that illustrates my point: I teach college and one of my students (a young Asian woman) turned in a paper that appeared plagiarized because there were no citations where she used others' work. Her response to me was this: since I was the teacher and an expert in my field, she wouldn't presume to insult my intelligence by telling me something I already knew (i.e., who said what)!  One not-so-humorous anecdote: same daughter, back in elementary school, had a teacher who consistently sent home papers, notes, assignments, etc., FULL of mispelled words, grammatical errors, ambiguous requirements, and nonsensical statements. She spoke in Ebonics which didn't help. How this woman got a teaching degree is beyond me.

My solution: smaller classrooms, paying teachers a decent salary so that we can attract more qualified persons, and holding parents responsible!

Sorry for the rant and getting off topic, but this is my personal soapbox (along with the overuse of ritalin).
