The IRS has a policy to allow the deductions of dependants only when these are living on NAFTA country meaning the U.S. and their satellites Mexico or Canada

i have real dependants (mother, 95 y/o and disable sister) which the IRS did not allow to deduct because they are living elsewhere.

The IRS garnished my salary and tax refund after they found that my dependents did not fall into the category mentioned above.

When I tried to explain that they were taking away from me funds needed to keep alive life a 95 yo woman to buy weapons from General Dynamics and raytheon they laughed at me.
