I bought a watch from Jennifer itshot.com she sent me the watch. The worn the watch three times the pin on the strap came out. I called her and tell her, she said let me take pictures and send it to her. I did, I was extremely calmed. It took them couple of days to send me the strap and pin. I bought the watch for $1650.00. She was extremely rude and nasty to me. She did not want to send me a strap. She started acting like she has difficulty hearing what I am saying. I advise anyone to becareful when shopping from them. Most of the things that they sell are counterfeit. I dont want folks to throw their money like what happened to me. All of them denied me access to talk to the owner of the building. I am going to Newyork in couple of months to talk to the owner. I will make sure I put Jennifer in her right position.
