I totally agree that we should read before we buy, but in this case Ivory does not give a clear explanation about the full product sent along with the sample.

Please read "How The Offer Works" below as quoted from the rebuttal. There is no clear explaination that you will receive the sample and the full product in the first shipment. They give you the impression that you will only receive a free sample. And this is the same as in their "FAQ" part of their website. And my same question pop up "why do a customer receive a full product if he/she just wants a sample?". If Ivory really concern about its customer, why it made more problem to the customer later by requesting he/she to return the full product and pay the price for the shipment again. And if it is really a good product why Ivory needs to trick the customer by doing these (read all the other reports regarding ivory in this site).
