IVORYWHITE THEY SAID I WOULD BE CHARGED 4.78 FOR A FREE TRAIL, BUT THEY CHARGED 78.41 BOULDER Colorado

I applyed for the free trail IvoryWhite trail, I printed a order form that states that my card would be charged 4.78. I checked my account and I was charged 78.41. I called to clear it up, and I was told that I could not get a refund. I did not open the free trail or the complete program, so I sent them back. I called them back to let them know that I returned them, and was told that they were only going to send them back to me.
I don't understand how they can advertise a free trail, and send the free sample and the complete program in the same box. They make you pay for something before you even decide if you want it or not. Thats not fair at all.
