Ivorywhite took money without permission from my bank account and refuse to repay Internet

Ivorywhite promissed a 1 dollar trial and I was charged the 1 dollar equivalent ( sterling) but was also charged with this a further 8 the trial product did not arrive and on checking my account they had took another 49.81 with out asking or informing me. on trying to phone you don't get a reply and I finally got an email. they had cancelled my account and due to the time that had passed I was not entitled to a refund. they hang  out the time with not replying to emails very quickly and then finally send you one with there terms on. on trying to phone all you get is a message saying what to do if you want to cancel

If you have paid any money to them stop your card as they will just access it when they feel like it. if anyone knows where they are located in the uk please post or send me the address.
