I did not order this stuff and do not want it. I called the number and after 2 days, finally got an answer and was told to e-mail Support@acaicleanse300.com to get the RMA to return the material. No response from this billing dept. which is required for a return. I called back and requested a phone number for the billing dept. and was told there isn't one.
This company deducted the $88.97 illegally from my account and now I am having to close the account since this rip-off company has access to it. A class action suit needs to be filed on this company immediately! Just like the other complaints I have read about this company, it was an invitation for a free trial of this item with only s & h required. How they get access to our accounts just from paying shipping and handling should be illegal.

Finally a refund!

I guess I am one of the lucky ones! After being very persistent and not giving up, I did receive a full refund! I cancelled my debit card--kept calling and e-mailing and returned the pills without the RMA (could never get a response for one). I returned them with a signature confirmation required. Anyway, after about 3 weeks of calls and e-mails, I discovered a full refund of $88.97 in my account! I have learned my lesson and will never order anything like this again. Please stay after this company until you receive your refund!
