IWINWHITENING Unauthorized charge - fraudelent justification Glendale California Internet

I purchased a FREE sample for $4.99 postage from this company. This was a shipping charge only and the sample was to be free. I have a debit card charge from IWINWHITENING for $4.99 on 9/10 for the sample.

On 10/1/08, I have an unauthorized charge against my account for $88.97 for a monthly supply that I did not want nor did I contract for.

Nothing was mentioned about this commitment on the email offer for the free sample nor on anything received with this sample.

The CHARGE IS FRAUD.

I have phoned and emailed the company about this.
Their only reply was that I had agreed to this monthly arrangement and sent me an email copy of a form that did contain such a notice. However, this was not the form I completed and which did not contain any such notice of an on-going charge of $88.97 monthly.

Fortunately, I kept a copy of the form I did complete and it does not have this notice.

I have advised IWINWHITENING that I have a copy of the form that was in the original offer that I did complete and, further, that I did not complete the one they presented as my having agreed to.

They have not replied and it seems their intent is to refuse to cooperate and make any refund.

These people are secretive, devious and dishonest. It has taken some effort to identify just who they might be. Emails and other things contain no names.
