J K Harris& Company Linda Lewis Supervisor, refuses to return calls. Basicly took my money, refuse to help, will not return money. Charlston South Carolina

I was audited by the IRS. I contacted J K Harris & Co. and explained my problem. They immediately said they could take care of the problem- faxed info, they fed-exed a package.I sent the package back, with a check for 400 dollars. I made several calls concerning my case, and was then told that I did not mention the word audit

I asked if this was sick joke and asked for my money back. I was told to fax a request for refund which I did. When I called again about my refund I was told it would take 8 weeks.

When I called 8 weeks later, I was put to the same voice-mail. A call was returned, but this person could not help and again wanted to put me through to her supervisor who was gone for the day. This is the same person who had her call to tell me she could not help.
