Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
When you rent a safe deposit box from Chase Bank, they charge you annually a rent charge. But if you want to close the box you get no money back. Even if it still has 11 months of usage left when you close it. They now keep your money and re-rent your box to someone else. The are double dipping on their rental income. And if you as why their is no prorate of funds they get very nasty.
Says a lot about their customer service.

Same happens to me . I just close my box and no refund. There should be any government law regarding this.

That's what would govern any refunds.
