2. All vehicle inspections will be performed by a certified technician and verified by a supervisory level employee before presenting it to you.
    
3. A service advisor will explain and show you the results of our inspection.
    
4. A written estimate will be presented to you for your authorization before any work is performed.
    
5. Your vehicle will on be worked on by certified technicians.
    
6. All parts that are replaced on your vehicle will be available for you to inspect.
    
7. All work performed on your vehicle is guaranteed.

Like any business we need to make a profit.  When we purchase parts for our customers there is mark-up as there is in any garage/repair shop.  The reason that we do not like to have customers bring in their own parts is that we guarantee our work.  We can not guarantee any work done on a vehicle if we don't purchase the parts that are needed for the repair.
