I received in the mail a final notification that I had won the Consumer's Program Lottery for the lump sum payment of 38,000 that would be credited to an account with the above claim number, I was asked for security reasons not to give any public notice until the claim had been finalized, they gave me the names of two of their agents Gerry Diaz or Theresa Watson And a phone no# 1-905-781-1574. I was to call these people as soon as I received this notification with a check in it for taxes in the amount of $3900.00 signed and sealed by Lisa Epainto Vice President.
