Letter contains check for $3900, and letter titled "Final Notification" describing winning numbers to ticket number 791293, consistent with descriptions posted by other users.

I want to take this case beyond informing others of the scam and go after the individuals behind the scam by contacting the Canadian authorities. As a Canadian citizen, I find this especially irritating as all the target addresses, including mine, appear to only be US-based. It also appears the PO Box and postal stamp *may* be authentic Canada Post. "905" area code belongs to Mississauga, a city west of Toronto.

If anyone would like to contact me via this forum, one of the questions I had was if you visited Canada recently. This may help provide clues as to how the addresses were obtained. I travelled there in the weeks previous to receiving the mailing.
