Jacob Financial Group Finial notification, Consumer's Reward Program Lottery Niagara Falls Ontario

I recieved a letter in the mail from Jacob financial group. Notifying me of the release of the Consumer's Reward program lottery. They have two different addresses on the check and still yet another on the letter. The A in my name has a dot over it. They informed me that I won 38,000 dollars. To call right away to clam. I also recieved a check in the mail for 3,900. Thats so that I can pay the taxes on my prize. Sounds like something is a miss here. I came to this site and saw I was not the only one. If this a scam I hope that everyone hears about this. So that these people do not get honest people like yourselfs hard earned money.
