Jacob Financial Group CONSUMER'S REWARD PROGRAM - consumers lottery - REF#129302 Niagara Falls Internet

I received a letter dated Sept. 8, 2008 stating Congratulations you have won the Consumer's Reward Program Lottery held on August 9, 2008. Your name is attached to ticket 791293 and drew the lucky numbers of 2,5,11,16,26, & 42 which WON the lottery in the second category. You have been approved for the lump sum payment of $38,000 with the above claim #SD907263. We have attempted to contact you previously on August 29, 2008 and failed. (No emails or phone calls from anyone about this matter) So now they are sending me a final notification.

Also they include: For security reasons, we advise that you keep this award from public notice until your claims have been finalized. This will help us prevent fraud and double claims. In the last paragraph they go on to say that they have deducted $3,900 from yor total price to enable you to pay for the applicable TAX. Please contact one of your agents Gerry Diaz or Teresa Watson at 1-905-781-1562 as soon as you receive this notification. They will assist you in finalizing your claim. I have called the number many times and it is a recording with the times they are opened and the mailbox is full. I thought something was weird so I googled it and I saw it was a scam. Also the letter was signed by VICE PRESIDENT Lisa Epainto
