The account security is so weak for Jagex. Your asked to make up a password and security question so, other players cant get into your account. This is not working.
My daughter has had her password changed and, all of her items stolen from her account. A few months ago, someone adjusted the credit card on the account, making it invalid.
Now we are using our paypal account but, we dont feel safe. They need to tighten up their security or, more parents are going to block this game.

Scan your pc for keyloggers and trojans.  When a password gets stolen like that it has nothing to do with their security and your pc's security.
