I got a letter from them saying they were looking to collect close to $4000 from me. Didn't give their clients name, just a file no.  What made me suspicious was the letter said "We (law firm) has not evaluated this case or made any recommedations regarding the validity of this clients claim (that I owed him?)"?!?!?  "This could be the result from a "small" fender bender I had a few years back and no one was injured.  Be sure to check out this site.  These people have been successfully sued for their conduct.
