ordered two bras and two moccasins which came to 35.80 and the checks were cashed in july and called in october and they said they were on back order and would be out in three weeks. Well called again in Nov 14 and they said one pair of moccasins were just mailed and the other pair will be in three weeks but the bras will be in January told them to issue me a refund and they said that will take up to five weeks so will get back on in January and update if i recieve anything

how can this company stay in business and why isn't anyone doing anything about it?
